Julie is a Registered Social Worker with the BC College of Social Workers, she completed her Master of Social Work at the University of British Columbia. She is also trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
and Executive Functioning. She has a history of working with individuals with terminal illnesses, families experiencing grief and loss, and at risk youth.
Julie’s goal is to work collaboratively with you to discover and strengthen current coping skills and develop a tool box of approaches to help navigate difficult situations in your life. She sees the
client as the expert in their life and works to unpack past experiences to learn and grow from them. Julie predominantly works with individuals while also offering family sessions, all through the
lens of a family systems approach.

Quinn Cashion RTC, is a life coach, mental health educator, and speaker who has spent over 2 decades helping youth, educators, and parents reclaim their mental well-being and resilience. She is recognized as a thought leader as her evolutionary approach to mental well-being is truly transformational.
Her work was used in a research project that was published in the Journal of Child and Adolescent Behaviour and spoke at several international conferences about the nature of the Mind including the Mental Health Commission of Canada/Clifford Beers Foundation.
Guided with a strong sense of clarity and intuition, Quinn’s experience and expertise span: education, non-profit, and private practice. Her practice offers group coaching programs for parents and one-to-one counselling services for individuals who are struggling with stress, anxiety, separation/divorce, and domestic violence, and abuse.
Quinn is a dedicated mama of 2 confident and resilient young adult women. Her experience of raising her daughters through some difficult years gives her insights, wisdom, and a deep commitment to helping adults to educate and raise young people to thrive.

Arvinder is a registered counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. She is currently working as a Clinical Counsellor in the Primary Care Network, Richmond, Vancouver Coastal Health. She has worked as a Concurrent Disorders Counselor in the Provincial Youth Concurrent Disorders Program and the Heartwood Centre for Women at British Columbia Children’s & Women’s Hospital. She has been working in the Mental Health field for over 15 years and has worked in the Mood Disorders Clinic at the University of British Columbia Hospital and in the Reproductive Mental Health Clinic at British Columbia Women’s Hospital as a research coordinator.
Arvinder also has a private counselling practice. She has experience working with individuals dealing with cross-cultural issues, domestic violence, family issues, marital issues, youth/school issues, mental health, substance use, and concurrent disorders (both mental health and substance use together).

Dalerina D’silva holds a Masters in Biochemistry from Mumbai University and is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. Her academic interests and professional background as a Performing Artiste and Fitness & Nutrition Coach have fueled her passion in the Health and Wellness industry.
Through her coaching journey, Dalerina has enjoyed reconnecting people with their food, their passion and their overall wellbeing, encompassing Body-Mind-Spirit wellness. She grew up in Mumbai, India and is a mother of two beautiful children who are her constant source of motivation, learning and joy.
Dalerina is excited to join the POD at Dolphin Kids – Future Ready Leaders and take on the role of Program Director for the next year 2021-2022. Her work and vision align with Dolphin Kids, of wanting to raise Strong. Healthy. Happy kids and she is looking forward to bringing her years of coaching experience as well as incorporating nutrition education into our services for the Dolphin Kids Community. Whether food, technology, or life experiences, we are what we consume and Dalerina wants to ensure every child has a healthy and empowering “life-diet”.

Helena is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over a decade of experience, is fluent in both English and Mandarin and holds a master’s degree in counselling from City University of Seattle, Vancouver. She is also trained in play therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy and Internal Family System training.
Helena has a gentle and warm approach as she assists children, couples, and families who are going through tough times, looking for clarity in life, or just want to improve the quality of their lives.
She provides an empathic and safe environment in which clients gain insights and understanding about their experiences which leads to self-awareness, feeling of freedom, empowerment, and positive change. She works from a Person-Centered/Client-Centered, strength-based perspective along with Mindfulness Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

She utilizes an evidence-based practice, strength-based approach, and trauma-informed lens to instill self-awareness, emotional regulation, and self-motivation through a collaborative approach.
Sharon is passionate about helping youth and young adults achieve their full potential, discover their strengths, and develop healthy coping mechanisms. Sharon is fluent in Korean and English.
